Visual Change Agent
I facilitate creative processes that engage people and generate tangible results with a positive impact.
Roots and Direction
My professional foundation is shaped by over 25 years of experience in the volunteer sector, where passion and meaningfulness drive the work. With a background in Anthropology and Social Change and Development (USA), I’ve worked as a leader and consultant for both Danish and international volunteer organizations. I’ve led innovation projects, secured funding, and turned ideas into reality. Through this, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how shared engagement can mobilize people, strengthen communities, and create real change.
I’ve furthered my education in systemic change and design thinking, using these methods to create innovative solutions for complex challenges.
In 2014, I completed a master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship (RUC), and in 2015, I founded OVERLAP.DK – a creative development space where I facilitate visual and meaningful processes that foster engagement and generate results.
Travel and Art
Since 2022, I’ve been a freelance travel guide for Tid til Ro, a Danish travel bureau, that organizes yoga and hiking trips to scenic locations around the world. These journeys fuel my own creativity through beautiful nature, hiking, and yoga practice. In 2024, I began working more intensively as a visual artist and have exhibited and sold my paintings.
People Want to Contribute
After 10 years as an entrepreneur, it’s clear: whether it’s volunteers, business leaders, social workers, or students, people want to create meaning and make a difference. My job is to create the frameworks that make this possible.
Today, I work broadly with businesses, municipalities, associations, and educational institutions, helping teams and organizations create shared direction and stronger collaboration. The desire for change creates the tension, while creativity is the force that energizes the development. When we turn differences into resources, we build trust – the key to strong collaborations and meaningful innovation.
I speak Danish and English as a bilingual.

Visual Templates
Visual templates are drawings with blank spaces where there is room to write or draw. They can be a powerful tool for your own reflection, for group dialogues and even graphic recording for a whole room. They frame the discussion, create an overview and ensure focus. And they can be drawn and produced prior to a meeting or workshop. This leaves you free to teach or facilitate during the event.
Within a year of learning about graphic facilitation I started producing visual templates.
At the IFVP (International Forum fro Visual Practitioners) conference in 2019 I presented a workshop on how to plan and design your own visual templates that can be used if you facilitate a workshop or teach a class. Participants in the workshop received a hardcopy of a booklet that is a step-by-step guide to create a visual template.
I also presented the booklet when I conducted an online workshop in the IFVP Online Learning Series in 2020.
